    Dear Hensoy Heng,

    I just like to point out at the title," Prime Minister Elect.." is completely wrong. Mr. Sam Rainsy by law cannot be the Prime Minister even if CNRP had won the last election. To be Prime Minister has to be a member of the National Assembly. He was out of the country too long in the last election. He was not a candidate.

    Kem Sokha would be the Prime Minister Elect if the CNRP did win the last election. I just wanted to point that out.

    Mr. Sam Rainsy will remain the party chair.
