Comma Queen: Restrictive (essential) or Non-restrictive (not essential) -- when to set something off in commas in a sentence

This week’s episode is all about another facet of comma usage: How do you know whether to set something off in commas? Are the added words essential (restrictive) or not (nonrestrictive)?

Again, how is this relevant to Khmer's written language?
តឹសស៊ុីយាយ ឬក៏ តឹសស៊ីុុ, យាយ! [let's eat Grandma as opposed to Let's eat, Grandma?] with just ONE COMMA different...Is this how the comma going to be introduced to solve the so-called crisis in Khmer's written language? Quit kidding around if that is the idea/case, please? Try to learn and understand Khmer language first before thinking to revolutionize it, please? Or better yet - why don't we think of putting more accents and stuffs on Khmer's alphabets [vowels/consonants] like the French did to the YUON/VIET language?
