Sam Rainsy had French connection and already declared he had enough evidences to sue Hun Sen over Piseth Pilika's death. But Sam Rainsy never did so. Why not? Either Sam Rainsy lied or he took bribe money from Hun Sen.

Hun Manet is being groomed by Mr. Hun Sen as the next leader of Cambodia. Thus, Hun Manet has been kept out all of the potential liability, trouble, negativities. If Mr. Hun Sen wants something bad to be carried out, he would let his cronies to do so. If anything goes wrong, they take the blame.
If there is anything good, glorious, he sent Hun Manet out. For example, the defense of Cambodia border to Thailand. Hun Manet was at the battle front of Phreah Vihear.
CNRP is dumb. They should learn from Mr. Hun Sen. But nooooo, CNRP's leadership kept getting caught, then sued for doing things stupid. STOP IT!. My gosh, how can you be so stupid.
Mr. Hun Sen said before, "It's the Opposition who are stupid and keeping making mistakes. I would put them in the cage and beat them with sticks like dogs."

Again, the Opposition lied. There was no case. The judge simply asked for more information to even allow a case to be filed. Basically, the Opposition had nothing to build against Hun Manet.
This is a typical play by the court. They will just keep asking for more information then tire you out till you drop it. If the judge refuse to allow a case to go forward, you will accuse the judge for taking bribe from Hun Manet.
The Opposition really needs to find a solid case against CPP, then go all the ways. Right now, they have nothing and are quite desperate, desponding.
