I think this Beast of a regime wants to divert public attention from the Paris Peace anniversary. What do you think? For years, this Beastly regime cancelled Oct. 23 as an official holiday of PPA commemoration among our 25+ official holidays.

** The 1991 Paris Peace Agreements cost the international community at least USD 2.4 BILLION in establishing UNTAC, then the largest UN peace operations deploying some 24,000 UN Blue Berets; it also annulled all agreements signed during occupation between Hun Sen's Cambodia and Vietnam re land and maritime borders; called for the release of all political prisoners, including Pen Sovann languishing in Hanoi for refusing to implement K5 Genocide and I think also Thun Saray.
