This morning I
told all CNRP Members of Parliament and province chiefs to strengthen
their work during the last 10 days of the voter registration process,
which will end on 29 November 2016. The new voter list being compiled
will be much better than the old one
which was manipulated by a then-biased NEC to an extent --
disenfranchisement of 1.2 million of CNRP potential supporters; 1.0
million ghost voters inflating votes for the CPP -- that allowed the CPP
to steal victory from the CNRP at the 2013 national election. In spite
of these massive irregularities the CPP “won” over the CNRP by only
300,000 votes.

What? Scam Rainsy lied again! In 2013, Scam Rainsy claimed that CNRP already won the election but CPP miscounted the votes, stole the ballot boxes, switched votes, so on and so on.

Oh wait, Scam Rainsy is right, the most Cambodians are stupid. There are only a few smart ones who are now tired of his lies.
