36 Cambodian-Americans to Be Repatriated

Since 2002, more than 500 Cambodians have been repatriated from the United States.
PHNOM PENH — The Cambodian government has agreed to receive some 36 Cambodians who will be deported from the United States.
Since 2002, more than 500 Cambodians have been repatriated from the US.
General Khieu Sopheak Ministry of Interior spokesman, on Friday said
interviews were conducted with 46 potential deportees several months ago
and 36 were approved.
The deportations came as President Donald Trump tightened restrictions on immigration.
Am Sam Ath, monitoring manager at local rights group Licadho, said
Cambodians deported from the United States would find it hard to adapt
to their new surroundings and would require support.
“This is very necessary… this is what the governments have to discuss
and the U.S. is a country that implements democracy. Thus, they must
understand rights and freedom of the people,” he said.
Gen. Sopheak said the government was reviewing a draft agreement with the United States on deportation conditions.
Good riddance. I hope that President Trump will deport a lot more trouble Cambodians out of USA.

USA does not deport American citizen. I was referring to the Cambodians without US citizenship.
DeleteI would not mind President Trump to strip the Cambodians with citizenship of their citizenship then deport them back to Cambodia. President Trump already announced, "You live in America, you must be loyal to America."
But as we can see, some of the Cambodians are pro-China and want to cause trouble to America. Furthermore, you want USA to forgive the loan incurred by Lon Nol. You want China to give Cambodia free money.
I say, get rid of all treacherous Cambodians from America. I am loyal to America. hehehe....

I, too, don’t support American citizen working for a foreign government like Cambodia, i.e. Phay Siphan.
I am going to the Trump supporting forums and tell them about the Khmers who lambasting the deporting of criminal Cambodians without US citizens. I will also tell you that you Khmers here are supporting China against USA. Let see if they can help you to turn to the right.
