កម្មករ ក្នុងស្រុក ជាង ៧សែន នាក់ និងពលករ ខ្មែរ នៅប្រទេស ថៃ ប្រមាណ ១លាន នាក់ ដែលមិនបាន ចូលរួម បោះឆ្នោត ឃុំ-សង្កាត់ ឆ្នាំ ២០១៧ នេះ ត្រៀមខ្លួន ចូលរួម បោះឆ្នោត ថ្នាក់ជាតិ ឆ្នាំ ២០១៨ ខាងមុខ ពីព្រោះ មានតែ រដ្ឋាភិបាលថ្មី ដឹកនាំ ដោយគណបក្ស សង្គ្រោះជាតិទេ ដែលអាច លើកស្ទួយ ជីវភាព កម្មករ និងពលករ ទាំងនោះ។  (សុន្ទរកថា នៅទីក្រុង Long Beach រដ្ឋ California សហរដ្ឋ អាមេរិក ថ្ងៃ ១៨ មិថុនា ២០១៧)

Most of the 700,000 factory workers in Cambodia and the one million Khmer migrant workers in Thailand who didn't take part in the local elections in 2017, will come to vote at the national elections in 2018 that will be more decisive for their livelihoods with the formation of a new CNRP-led government more inclined to help them.
