Border issue with Laos
រឿងព្រំដែន ជាមួយ ប្រទេស លាវ (ឬ ឡាវ)
ប្រទេស លាវ ស្ថិតក្រោម ការគ្រប់គ្រង របស់ ប្រទេស វៀតណាម។ ថ្មីៗនេះ ប្រទេស វៀតណាម បានបញ្ជា ឲ្យប្រទេស លាវ បង្ករឿង បន្តិចបន្តួច នៅតាម ព្រំដែន រវាង ប្រទេស លាវ និងប្រទេស កម្ពុជា។ បំណង របស់ ប្រទេស វៀតណាម គឺ ចង់ឲ្យ ប្រជារាស្ត្រ ខ្មែរ ឈប់គិត ពីការ ឈ្លានពាន ក្នុងទ្រង់ទ្រាយ ធំ របស់ ប្រទេស វៀតណាម មកលើ ទឹកដី ប្រទេស កម្ពុជា។ ហេតុដូច្នេះហើយ បានជាគេ បង្វែរ អារម្មណ៍ ខ្មែរយើង ឲ្យទៅមើល ខាងព្រំដែន ជាមួយ ប្រទេស លាវ ទៅវិញ ដើម្បី ឲ្យយើង ភ្លេច ពីការ ឈ្លានពាន របស់យួន មកលើ ទឹកដី ប្រទេស កម្ពុជា, ជាពិសេស ក្នុងខេត្តស្ វាយរៀង, កំពង់ចាម, មណ្ឌលគីរី, និងរតនគីរី។ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន កំពុង តែ លោតចូល ទៅលេងល្ខោន ដែលយួន កំណត់ ឲ្យលេង ដើម្បី បោកបញ្ឆោត ប្រជារាស្ត្រ ខ្មែរ។
Everybody knows that Laos is a satellite of Vietnam. We can presume that Vietnam has recently pushed Laos to create some tension along its border with Cambodia because Hanoi wants to make the Cambodian people forget about Vietnam's much more serious infringements on Cambodia's territory. Therefore, Hanoi is trying -- through Vientiane -- to divert our attention to any tension along our border with Laos so that we stop protesting against Vietnam's massive infringements on Cambodia's territory, especially in Svay Rieng, Kampong Cham, Mondolkiri and Ratanakiri provinces. Using demagogy, Hun Sen has jumped into this Vietnamese-organized theatrical play intended to distract and mislead the Cambodian people.
