ក្រោយពី ទណ្ឌកម្ម បង្កកទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ ដែលអន្តរជាតិ ដាក់លើ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ ផ្តាច់ការ នៃប្រទេស កម្ពុជា, យើង គួរតែ រឹបអូស ទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ នៃចោរ លួចជាតិ ទាំងនោះ ដើម្បី យកមកសង ប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរវិញ ជាពិសេស យកមកសង បំណុល ជំនួស ប្រជារាស្ត្រ ក្រីក្រ ដែលជំពាក់ ធនាគារ វណ្ឌក នៅប្រទេស កម្ពុជា។ (បទសម្ភាសន៍ ម្សិលមិញ ជាមួយ វិទ្យុអាស៊ីសេរី)

Following targeted sanctions, including asset freezes, imposed by Western countries on Cambodia's current leadership, we should confiscate the assets of those corrupt people and return their ill-gotten fortune to the Cambodian people. In particular, we should use that money to help destitute and heavily indebted people in Cambodia to reimburse their untenable bank debts.
