Under democratic principles of freedoms of press and expression, an individual should merely publish a retraction or correction for disinformation. In a most serious case of defamation, that person should only be asked to publish an apology.

If the court is too busy working on hundreds of disinformation cases on Facebook, they will not have time to work on other criminal cases.

នៅក្រោមគោលការណ៍ ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ នៃសេរីភាព បញ្ចេញមតិ និងសេរីភាព សារព័ត៌មាន, តុលាការ គួរតែ បញ្ជា ឱ្យបុគ្គលម្នាក់ ចុះផ្សាយ ការកែតម្រូវ ចំពោះ ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ព័ត៌មាន មិនពិត។
