Punctuation is the key to development... The Venerable Chuon Nath uses commas, Theary Seng uses commas... How about you?

This is ONE of many reasons why Theary Seng must not be a member of the NEC or any other elected public offices.

Why can Miss Seng be a member of the NEC or any other elected offices?
Don't tell me because she is Khmer Christian, therefore she cannot run for offices in Cambodia?
I saw a lot of Yuon put Khmer labels then became MP. Let me give you a few Yuon wearing Khmer labels: you who criticized her, Men Sam An, Chheang Vun, Hor Nam Hong, ... thousand more... I will vote for Miss Seng if she run for an office in my district.

For some Khmer Buddhists head monk Chuon Nath was a great scholar in languistics before my time. It could be some body else that were better than him, but they were not well respected like Chuon Nath. Chuon Nath was given a highest honor title SAMDECH, he was more advanced than his own people who were mostly ignorants. In ISRAEL, Jewish people in every corner of the planet can run for the office in ISRAEL even they did not speak HEBREW. That's why a small State of ISRAEL is powerful. Khmer people many are primitive and their minds is retarded just like the poster ar 2:37am.

The commas that samdech Chuon Nath used are equivalent to the semi-colon (;) used in English dictionary. The space in Khmer is the comma in English.
