Please continue to push for the implementation of this work so as to meet our objectives:
- Push for the diffusion of the Page titled "Samdech Hun Sen, Cambodian Prime Minister" at all meetings among our party (CPP) members.
- All our party (CPP) members must "Like" Samdech (Hun Sen)'s Page and continue to invite their friends to do the same.
- Get into SR (Sam Rainsy)'s Page to "Unlike" it so as to reduce the number of "Likes" for this page.
- Organise technical working groups in order to increase the number of "Accounts" designed to "Like" Samdech (Hun Sen)'s Page.
- Executives at all party (CPP) levels must constantly monitor the execution, at the grassroots levels, of the above tasks that are part of a vast campaign to secure victory at the forthcoming elections.
(At the top of the text, "HAK SOKMAKARA" is an Under Secretary of State. At the bottom of the text, "H.E. Kim Santepheap" is an Under Secretary of State at the Ministry of Justice).
Additional information:  The message represents instructions from "H.E. Som Soeun", Head of the CPP Central Committee's Appointment Bureau and Deputy Director of the CPP Cabinet. These instructions clearly show that the ruling CPP is pushing -- on a large scale -- its officials, supporters and networks -- including civil servants, policemen and soldiers -- to create fake Facebook accounts in order to provide artificial "likes" to Hun Sen's Facebook page.

Today I am summonsed by the Phnom Penh Municipal Court to answer questions relative to another defamation lawsuit lodged against me by some officials from the Hun Sen government. I am attaching, as a reminder, the 09 March 2016 post on my Facebook page that has triggered this latest summons before the Kangaroo Court in Phnom Penh. On the basis of a (leaked but subsequently confirmed) secret instruction from the CPP central headquarters which I am posting again, I stand by my initial statement that CCP-affiliated government officials and other state employees have been instructed to create fake Facebook accounts in order to provide fake “likes” to Mr. Hun Sen’s Facebook page. I also confirm that Mr. Hun Sen has also bought millions of fake “likes” from “click-farms” located in many countries all over the world. Prime Minister Hun Sen has been manipulating Facebook figures in order to boast about his (apparently impressive but fake) popularity, which he uses as a political justification to legitimise the ongoing violent crackdown on his more and more numerous critics.
