How Cambodia's Teflon Leader Made A Career Of Blaming America

I disagree. Mr. Hun Sen only blamed America this year after the fall out with Kem Sokha.

It's Kem Sokha who made a career of blaming the Vietnamese. For example, he blamed:

_ Vietnam staged the S21 prison to legitimize the occupation. S21 was not real. There was no S21 victims.
_ Vietnam caused the tragedy at Koh Pich bridge in order to kill Khmer as well as stopping Khmer to have culture dragon boat race [at Koh Pich].
_ Vietnam created K5 plan to kill more Khmer.

It's pay back time. I wish Kem Sokha to rot in jail.

I wonder do other inmates in Cambodia ram each other in the rears like they do it here in America. LOL. Imagine Kem Sokha got rammed in the rear? How the hero has fallen!
